1. Power
We will indicate you the most suitable genset power, taking into account the particularities of the installation.
2. Location
We propose the most suitable location. For outdoor groups, we take into account the dimensions of the premises, as well as the foresight to place exhaust silencers, and air silencers if necessary, and we make the calculations for adequate cooling and ventilation. For indoor groups, we advise you to comply with current regulations and ordinances.
3. Fuel
We advise you on the need for a complementary fuel system to increase the autonomy of the installation.
Generator set installation
We take care of the total or partial installation of the genset, which may include:
- Shipping and installation of the generator set at its location.
- Legalization of the fuel installation.
- Installation of air silencers, in the case of generators located inside the premises.
- Electrical power and control installation.
- Installation of the exhaust pipe, its lagging and, if necessary, modular chimney for its conduction to the roof of the building.
- Legalization of the electrical installation.
- Fuel installation, if it is necessary to install a mother tank to increase the autonomy, including electrical installation of the diesel pump necessary for the transfer.
Special projects
We have extensive experience in special projects. In this type of projects, it is essential to correctly define the generator set that best suits the specific needs. For this reason, our engineering team advises in the different phases of the project:
Definition of the electrical design: genset operating modes, switching control, IoT communications.
Definition of the mechanical design: Installation in a room, in a container or in a soundproof booth.
Fulfillment of specific operating and construction specifications.
During the manufacturing phase, our project team is responsible for preparing the engineering, quality and manufacturing documentation. Each project is assigned a project manager who acts as coordinator and liaison with the customer’s engineering and ensures that the specified requirements are met.
All electronic assemblies are subjected to FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), which can be witnessed by the customer or his representative.
