MP15 control panel, state-of-the-art system with the most complete equipment

Designed to be installed both indoors and outdoors, protected with a compact enclosure, a modular cabinet or a soundproof container, with the most complete standard equipment and the possibility of adapting the solutions with the widest range of optional elements. Prepared to work in multiple operating configurations, such as parallel with mains or between groups, working in low or medium voltage applications and prepared for the most hostile environments.

Managed by the latest generation MP15 control panel, Electra Molins’ own technology, the result of 70 years of experience in the manufacture of automatic panels, the highest performance standard control equipment available on the market. A highly reliable and robust control panel, designed to withstand the most extreme environmental conditions and with great processing power. A 10.1” color display shows the operating status of the genset, electrical measurements, preventive and shutdown alarms, the history of the last 4,000 events and harmonic analysis.

We have our own developed technology and the most advanced control equipment, which we combine to provide versatile and efficient solutions for each project.

Adaptation and customization of special groups

  • Medium voltage generator sets. We have load banks in different voltages to perform all the necessary tests in our factory.
  • Multiple operating configurations. Switching with one or several networks, independent networks, connected on busbars with transfer switch, on common busbars, etc.
  • Generating sets with remote cooling
  • Larger capacity, double-walled, bench-mounted diesel fuel tanks, incorporated in the generating sets themselves (if required), to ensure continuous operation for up to 72 hours.
  • Installation of double electric starter or pneumatic starter.

IIOT

The control software for generator sets developed by our R&D&I team allows remote supervision and management of the generator set via cell phone and Internet.

What features does it include?

  • It performs all the maneuvers that can be carried out on the automatic panel.
  • Provides all the information on the genset status in real time.
  • Sends warnings via e-mail or SMS in case of equipment status change.
  • Allows access to the historical record of events.
